Bank Holiday Fair. Blackheath, London, England
If the unseasonably cold, wet August Bank Holiday weather in 2018 wasn't enough to put people off coming to the annual fair on Blackheath, the council decision to ban parking across the heath had. The stallholders pay thousands of pounds for a pitch, but that year they had wasted their money. The crowds stayed away.
